about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?
All item prices on SurfnShopIndia.com are inclusive of Sales
Tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything
to the price of the item to account for Sales Tax.
Some states in India however, have additional levies like
Octroi. These are additional, and need to be borne by the
customer, wherever applicable.
Can I cancel an order
or change the order after it is placed?
No, we regret that we will be unable to entertain any request
for cancellation, once an order has been duly placed and

do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from

is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, please

for a replacement. On receipt of the damaged or defective

dispatch a replacement item to you, the cost of dispatch of

we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within
7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened
item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding
shipping costs).
When you return your product, please indicate the reason
for your return. Put the item and the note with the order
number into a secure package, affix our address (our returns
address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier
to us. The cost of return dispatch will have to be borne
