What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from SurfnShopIndia.com?
Though utmost care and caution will be exercised in shipping the products, if an item ordered by you on SurfnShopIndia.com is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, please email us at support@SurfnShopIndia.com for a replacement. On receipt of the damaged or defective product from you, at the address mentioned, we will dispatch a replacement item to you, the cost of dispatch of which will be borne by us. How can I return a product ordered from SurfnShopIndia.com?
As stated earlier, we would like to offer our valued customers, a worry free shopping experience. On SurfnShopIndia.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return. Put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our site.
However, when we launch shipping to destinations outside India, we regret that we will be unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items shipped outside India.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You have to return the product purchased from our site, within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.

How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the product in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made by us by Account Payee cheque drawn on a bank in Mumbai. Kindly therefore indicate the full name in which you would like the cheque prepared.
